When approaching for an interview there are many things which need to be considered. The first step to impress the interviewer is the well presented resume. But that is not enough. It is important to sound intelligent and be well qualified for the post applied. All the companies have a history and it is good to know about it. You will come to know about the initial set up of the company and its progress graph. Usually an interviewer asks some questions about the company. While answering the questions in the interview, you must look in the eyes of everyone may there be a single person or ten persons. The worst thing is that you are not prepared for the interview, so go with complete preparation. Always keep an extra copy of all the documents, so that if the interviewer requires it you can then and there present them to him. It may happen that you get anxious before the interview. To relieve the tension, focus on your breath before the process starts.

Lets start off with some eye shadow. Try using an olive green to match ur eyes or a copper color to go with ur hair. then we get to the gloss. I wouldnt actually use gloss just a light coat of lipstick would work as a sub. You could try using a pink frost color, magenta(blot a few time to dull it out a little), a shimmery neutral would work too, but if u want to look sassy shoot for the red. hair goes curled, half up half down to layer a bit. Use mayballene mascara two coats. Then a deep pink blush to finish it off
