Default Most common interview questions

Basically all the questions asked in the interview depend on the post and the company for which you have applied. No matter how important or casual is your post in the company, the basic questions asked in the interview will be the same for all of them.
  1. Tell me about yourself.
  2. What makes you more qualified than the other applicants?
  3. What do you know about our company?
  4. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
  5. Can you work in pressure conditions?
  6. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
There may be many more but the most common are these irrespective of the field or post or company you apply in. If you have any more please share. You can also give most preferable answers for these questions, which helped you to succeed in your interview.

A couple of questions I frequently ask in interviews are:
1) Why are you leaving your present job?
2) What are you looking for in terms of challenges in a new job?
3) How do you see yourself growing in the position described?

Default How to answer the difficult questions?

When facing an interview, the interviewer tries to take out from you the secrets of your life by throwing difficult questions to you. If not prepared for these questions you can loose the job opportunity. Some examples are given below which will surely help you out in your next interview.

1.Why are you leaving your present job?
Ans. For this question, never say negative about your previous boss. You can give the reason that you are looking up for more challenges or there isn't much room for growth in my current job location. Point out your ambition to prove your worth.

2.What are you looking for terms of challenges in a new job?
Ans. The new challenges would include working in teams, having more stress situations in which I will have to complete the targets. The answer should include positive attitude and willingness to wo0rk for the individual and company development.

3.How do you see yourself growing in the position described?
Ans. My growth will totally depend upon the growth of the company. The combined effect of the efforts taken by all the employees and myself will surely help the company to reach to the top which will give me the opportunity along with all the others to grow.
